 11/2010  ISE Automotive GmbH  The consulting unit of the Celtus Group has been contracted by RobertHalf International to support ISE Automotive with support services for the restructering of the existing SAP R3 ERP system. The assignements include 1st level support as well as consulting in implementing appropriate processes for the introduction of IFRS as ruling GAAP.

The ERASMUS programm is an iniative of the European Union to stimulate crossborder know how and network exchange between business owners accross the European Union. The Celtus Group particpates as host in its operating jurisdiction in the UK, the Netherlands and Germany

Kasbank NV has requested Celtus Financial Services to assist further in its objective to expand the banks activities onto the German market. Celtus Financial Services will provide know how transfer to enable the bank to compaly with reporting requirements of the regulative authority in Germany BAFin. As such Celtus associates will train Kasbank employees to file Z4 and Z10 returns as well as BiSta (balance sheets statistics) and DepSta ( Depotstatistics)

Celtus Financial Services has been contracted to assit the Indian subsidiary of KHD to rollout the SAP CO module and establish a cost center accounting process according to the just recently new alligned business process. KHD Humbold WEDAG is a key player in providing engineering services and knowhow for the installation, maintenance and refurbishment of cement plants all over the globe and has an industrial success record of more than 130 years.

Celtus has been contracted by MWA to realign the credit control process for the Continental Europe Organization of the Torex Retail Solution group.  Torex is a UK based  key leader in retail software applications with manfucturing entities in Germany and retail entities across Europe.

Celtus Concultancy Services has been contracted by MartinWardAnderson to render  accounting services ad interimfor Nike NETHERLANDS Finance & Control Organization with a focus on Genral Ledger and Intercompany accounting. The mandate expires in  by the end of the year
